ICEPN is a community-based talent development and film production organization dedicated to helping young performers build confidence, develop their skills, and gain practical experience both on stage and on camera.

Through our youth talent programs, performance opportunities, workshops, and hands-on film projects, we encourage participants to explore their creativity, strengthen their communication and presentation skills, and grow as well-rounded performers. Our programs provide opportunities to learn, collaborate, and experience the filmmaking process from preparation and rehearsals to on-camera performance and production.

We welcome young talents from all ethnic and cultural backgrounds, whether they are beginners or have previous performance experience. Our goal is not simply to prepare young people for acting roles, but also to help them become more confident, expressive, and comfortable presenting themselves in front of an audience or camera.

In addition to our youth programs, ICEPN produces film projects that may include selected adult and community participants. These opportunities allow people of different ages and backgrounds to collaborate in telling meaningful stories and bringing creative projects to life.

ICEPN is not a talent agency and does not procure employment for actors. Our focus is talent development, performance education, creative collaboration, and practical experience through our own programs and productions.

Whether a young performer is taking the first step toward being on camera or building on existing skills, ICEPN offers opportunities to learn, participate, and grow through performance and filmmaking.

At ICEPN, every film offers an opportunity to discover something new — confidence, creativity, courage, and the joy of being part of a story. Our film projects give young performers opportunities to grow, express themselves, and experience the filmmaking process firsthand.

We create original films that explore family relationships, cultural identity, and everyday experiences, including stories that reflect Asian and Asian American families. Through these stories, young performers learn to express emotions, communicate clearly, and connect with their characters in a supportive, encouraging environment.

On set, participants work with directors and production team members who guide them through the filmmaking process. They rehearse scenes, learn blocking, practice emotional expression, and experience working in front of a real camera within a structured and collaborative environment.

ICEPN film projects give young performers opportunities to develop:

ICEPN films have received selections and awards at film festivals, giving participants opportunities to see their work recognized beyond the local community. ICEPN is a talent development and film production organization headquartered in Edison, New Jersey, serving communities throughout the Tri-State area. Since 2009, we have helped young performers develop their skills through talent programs, training, performance opportunities, and hands-on film production experience.

From talent development and performance training to film and television production, ICEPN provides opportunities for young performers to learn, perform, create, and grow.

ICEPN provides a structured, supportive learning environment where young performers can explore acting and filmmaking. Through workshops, performance opportunities, and participation in our own film projects, students develop teamwork, communication, creativity, discipline, and confidence both on stage and on camera.

We emphasize skill development, personal growth, and practical experience while helping young performers build a strong foundation at their own pace.

Youth participants follow the structure of their enrolled programs. Selected adults, including parents, may also participate as cast members in certain productions, depending on casting needs.

Parents who are interested in acting may audition for suitable adult roles. When opportunities are available, these projects can provide a meaningful way for families and community members to collaborate and share in the filmmaking experience.
